Ordering & Pricing

We offer four pricing tiers: Base price for single units, 10% off for 2-4 units, 20% off for 5-9 units, and 30% off for 10+ units. Discounts apply automatically per-product — no coupon code needed.

No. You can order a single vial. However, our volume pricing tiers reward larger orders with significant discounts.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from universities, research institutions, and laboratories. Contact us directly for institutional pricing and NET-30 terms.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and wire transfers for institutional orders.

Yes. Promo codes stack on top of volume discounts, applied to the already-discounted price.

Research chemicals are typically tax-exempt. No sales tax is applied at checkout. If your jurisdiction requires it, applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship same day.

Standard (3-5 business days), Express (1-2 business days), and Overnight options are available. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is being evaluated and may become available in the future. Check back or subscribe to our updates.

All peptides ship in insulated packaging with cold packs when temperatures require it. Lyophilized powders are stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods, but we always take extra precautions to ensure product integrity.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track orders in real-time from your Account dashboard under the Tracking tab.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll reship or refund at our discretion. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage.

Quality & Testing

All of our peptides are verified to ≥99% purity via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Some specialty compounds may have ≥95% purity, which is clearly marked on the product page.

Yes. Every batch is tested by independent third-party laboratories. COAs are available for download on individual product pages when available, or upon request via email.

Our primary testing method is HPLC for purity verification. We also use Mass Spectrometry (MS) for molecular weight confirmation and endotoxin testing where applicable.

Our peptides are synthesized under strict GMP-like conditions by verified, audited laboratories. Manufacturing partners undergo regular quality compliance audits.

A COA typically shows: compound identity (confirmed via MS), purity percentage (via HPLC), physical appearance, batch number, and test date. Look for purity ≥99%, correct molecular weight confirmation, and a recent test date.

Yes, endotoxin testing (LAL test) is performed on all products. Results are included in the COA when applicable.

Storage & Handling

Store lyophilized (unprepared) peptides at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C for short-term. Once prepared in solution, store at 2-8°C and use within 14 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Lyophilized peptides tolerate brief periods at room temperature (such as during shipping), but for long-term stability, cold storage is essential. Peptides in solution should always be refrigerated.

Lyophilized peptides have a shelf life of 24 months from manufacture date when stored properly at -20°C. Once prepared in solution, most peptides remain stable at 2-8°C for up to 14 days.

Add the appropriate solvent slowly down the side of the vial. Do not shake — gently swirl until dissolved. Refer to the product documentation for the recommended solvent volume for your desired concentration.

Always use sterile technique: clean the vial stopper with an alcohol swab before each withdrawal, use sterile laboratory equipment, and work in a clean environment.

Research Use & Legal

No. All products are sold strictly for in vitro research, laboratory use, and educational purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not FDA-approved drugs or supplements.

No special license is required for purchasing research peptides. However, by placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree that these products are for research use only.

No. As a research chemical supplier, we cannot and do not provide research protocols, medical advice, or application guidelines. We provide molecular data and published scientific references for research planning purposes.

Our products are manufactured for research use. Clinical trial applications require specific regulatory approvals (such as IND applications) and pharmaceutical-grade compounds with additional certification. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

All products are sold with the understanding that they will be used for legitimate research purposes only. Buyers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing the purchase and use of research chemicals.

Research peptides are legal to purchase and possess for legitimate research purposes in the United States. They are classified as research chemicals, not controlled substances. However, regulations vary by jurisdiction — it is the buyer's responsibility to verify local laws.

Account & Returns

No — guest checkout is available. However, creating a free account lets you track orders, earn loyalty points, save addresses, and reorder quickly with one click.

Earn 1 point per $1 spent, plus bonus points for account creation (+100), first purchase (+200), leaving reviews (+50), and referring friends (+500). Points accumulate and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact hello@jackandjane.com to initiate a return.

Contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. Our goal is to make it right within 24 hours.

Blends & Formulations

Blends combine two or more peptides in a single vial at specific, research-backed ratios. This simplifies preparation and ensures consistent component ratios for research applications.

We're exploring custom blend capabilities. Contact us with your specific requirements — compound names, desired ratios, and quantities — and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your research needs.

Blend ratios are based on commonly studied combinations found in published peer-reviewed research. Each blend product page details the exact components, their individual amounts, and total vial content.

Yes. All blends undergo the same rigorous HPLC purity testing as single-compound products. Each component is individually verified for identity and purity within the blend.

Technical & Scientific

Chemical properties, molecular formulas, CAS numbers, and structural data are sourced from PubChem (NIH National Library of Medicine), the world's largest free chemistry database. We link directly to PubChem entries on each product page for verification.

A CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) Registry Number is a unique numerical identifier assigned to every chemical substance. It ensures you're referencing the exact same compound across different suppliers, publications, and databases worldwide.

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography is the gold standard analytical method for determining peptide purity. It separates and quantifies all components in a solution, confirming that ≥99% of the vial content is the target compound with minimal impurities, degradation products, or synthesis byproducts.
