Shipping Policy

All products sold by Jack and Jane, LLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro research and laboratory use. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption.
1. Shipping Coverage
Jack and Jane, LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from our facility in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations governing the transport of research chemicals.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
The following shipping options are available at checkout. All timeframes are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
- Standard Shipping — 3 to 5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1 to 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping — Next business day
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected method, order weight, and destination.
4. Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders totaling $200 or more before taxes. This offer applies to standard shipping only and cannot be combined with express or overnight shipping selections.
5. Packaging and Product Integrity
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect the privacy of our customers. Temperature-controlled packaging materials, including insulated containers and cold packs, are used as needed to maintain product integrity during transit.
Each shipment includes product labels, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and handling instructions where applicable. All products are labeled "FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY."
6. Signature Requirement
A signature may be required upon delivery at the Company's discretion, particularly for high-value orders or orders shipped via express or overnight methods. By placing an order, you agree to make arrangements for signature acceptance at the delivery address.
7. PO Box Restrictions
PO box addresses are not accepted for express or overnight shipments. If you select express or overnight shipping, a valid street address is required. Standard shipping to PO box addresses may be available depending on carrier restrictions.
8. Risk of Loss
All products are shipped FOB shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Jack and Jane, LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the shipment has been tendered. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance for added protection.
9. Carrier Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Jack and Jane, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. All estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@jackandjane.com. Include your order number, photos of any damage (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional details.
