These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jack and Jane, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). ALL products sold by Jack and Jane, LLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory use, and educational purposes. Products are NOT intended for:

• Diagnostic purposes

By purchasing any product from this Site, the buyer certifies that they are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only. Any misuse of products constitutes a violation of these Terms and may violate applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. No Medical Claims

Jack and Jane, LLC makes no claims regarding the suitability of any product for medical, veterinary, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Nothing on this Site shall be construed as medical advice, a recommendation, or an endorsement of any product for use on humans or animals.

All product descriptions, research summaries, and related content are provided for informational purposes only and are based on published scientific literature. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To place orders on the Site, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain only one account per person
• Be at least 21 years of age

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

5. Products and Descriptions

Products offered on the Site consist of research peptides and related laboratory supplies. All product descriptions, specifications, and related information are provided for informational purposes only. While the Company strives for accuracy in all product listings, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any product description.

All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and are labeled "FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY."

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Volume pricing tiers are applied as follows:

• Base price: 1 unit
• 10% off: 2-4 units
• 20% off: 5-9 units
• 30% off: 10+ units

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. The Company does not store full payment card details on its servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

The Company ships to United States addresses only. All shipping times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Signature may be required upon delivery at the Company's discretion. Cold-chain shipping is used for temperature-sensitive products to maintain product integrity during transit.

8. Returns and Refunds

All products are sold exclusively for research use. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, factory-sealed products only. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned due to the nature of research chemicals.

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and product names, is the property of Jack and Jane, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from the Company.

By submitting any user-generated content to the Site, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or any products purchased from the Site for any of the following:

• Human or animal consumption
• Therapeutic, diagnostic, or medicinal purposes
• Resale without prior written authorization from the Company

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT PRODUCTS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESEARCH OUTCOMES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE MISUSE OF PRODUCTS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jack and Jane, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of products purchased from the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties. Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

16. Class Action Waiver

All claims and disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement set forth in Section 15 shall be void with respect to that particular claim.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or a prominent notice on the Site.
